Dr. David Iszler BS, DC, BCN

Lead Physician, Trinity Advanced Health

Dr. David Iszler is the Lead Physician at Trinity Advanced Health and a Board-Certified Chiropractic Physician providing neuropathy and advanced spinal care. Known for his compassionate approach and commitment to clinical excellence, Dr. Iszler has become one of the most trusted chiropractic physicians in Arizona’s West Valley.

Background & Education

Raised on a farm in North Dakota, Dr. Iszler developed a strong work ethic and sense of service that continue to guide his practice today. He served in the Army National Guard for six years before pursuing his career in chiropractic.

He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1994. He later obtained his Board Certification in Neuropathy (BCN) through the American College of Physical Medicine, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral neuropathy and other nerve disorders.

Professional Experience

Dr. Iszler practiced in Casper, Wyoming for 24 years, where he built a thriving wellness-based practice serving families and individuals of all ages. In 2018, he and his wife, Sheryl, fulfilled their dream of relocating to Arizona, where he now leads Trinity Advanced Health in Glendale.

Under his leadership, Trinity Advanced Health (formerly Trinity Chiropractic) has expanded its services to integrate corrective chiropractic care, neuropathy protocols, and advanced regenerative therapies—bringing world-class non-surgical solutions to the West Valley.

Certifications, Techniques & Therapies

Dr. Iszler is certified in both the Webster Technique, which focuses on prenatal care, and Torque Release Technique, a gentle, neurologically based method of spinal correction.
His clinical expertise includes advanced therapeutic modalities such as:

SHERYL ISZLER, MSW

Certified Neuropathy Case Manager

Sheryl Iszler, Dr. Iszler’s wife, grew up in Casper, Wyoming. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming. She worked as a School Social Worker for 8 years. She and Dr. Iszler started a weight loss clinic at their chiropractic practice in Casper. Sheryl developed and managed the center for 8 years. She has a passion for helping others and developing strong patient and community relationships. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to live in Arizona.

Taylor O’Hara

Certified Neuropathy Case Manager

I’m Taylor, a passionate certified neuropathy case manager based in beautiful Arizona. Originally hailing from Wyoming, I made the permanent move to the sunny Southwest in 2021, embracing the warmth and vibrant community. In both my professional and personal life, I find joy in making a positive impact. As a proud wife married since 2019, I share my home with my wonderful husband, Craig, and our beloved Shar-Pei Pit mix, Pluto. Together, we create a loving haven filled with laughter and furry companionship. What fuels my professional journey is the genuine desire to assist people in reclaiming their quality of life. My goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of those I encounter.

Dr. Iszler and his wife, Sheryl, have three daughters. They are committed to their faith, family and community. They enjoy hiking, biking, and fishing – basically anything that gets them outside to enjoy God’s wondrous creation. Dr. Iszler also enjoys hunting. Among their favorite activities, Dr. Iszler and Sheryl enjoy cooking and traveling.

He embraces the fact that the nervous system controls every tissue and organ in the body and the body has the ability to heal itself.
